It was a bit tricky finding Burger Kook as the address pointed towards a house and I was expecting a stand alone restaurant.

Turns out Burger Kook is operating out of the owner’s garage and seating is in the driveway.
I ordered a bacon burger with double patties.

Bun was soft and fresh. Lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh. Beef was tender with a nice char. Bacon was good and salty. Double burger was a huge amount of food and I barely finished it.
2nd visit I tried the full steak sandwich and fries.

This is a really juicy sandwich and needs to be eaten quickly before the bread gets soggy.

Loved the tender and juicy beef. I added bacon and the salty flavor perfectly complimented the beef. The full sandwich was a huge dinner for me.

Fries were fried in beef tallow, crispy on the outside with a delicious beef tallow flavor.

The Burger Kook experience is like eating in your best friend’s backyard. Owner was one of the nicest hosts I have met. He came by greeting and checking on his customers.

I talked to him a bit and he gave me a tour of his kitchen.

Staff was very nice and efficient.
