I have found there are three bread choices.  The hamburger bun, sourdough bread, or ciabatta.  I have also tried burgers with lettuce and tomato and just lettuce.  I don’t really like the iceburg lettuce they use so I order burgers with just tomato.

I tried the Santa Barbara Char which was 2 beef patties on grilled sourdough.  I loved the crunchy crust on the sourdough and the slight sour flavor of the bread.  Beef was seasoned with salt and pepper giving it a nice peppery flavor.  Bacon had a rich savory flavor.  Loved the mix of flavors.

Fries were crunchy and had a nice potato flavor.

The double char on ciabatta bread had soft fluffy ciabatta bread.  Ciabatta had a mild flavor with a little bit of sweetness like white bread.  Loved the mix of flavors from the peppery double beef patties and the smoky bacon.

I have also tried a triple char.  3 beet patties is a ton of meat and I wouldn’t get this again unless I was starving.  Also adding a single serving of bacon didn’t add much flavor as you get a tiny amount of bacon.

Double char with hamburger bun was my least favorite burger as the bun was your generic bun you get at other fast food burger joints.  The beef and the bacon are the highlights of this burger.

I don’t eat at chain fast food restaurants that much but The Habit makes some good tasting food for under $10.  🙂  So far my favorite burger is a double on ciabatta bread with double bacon.
