Evolution
The journey from being a young girl to becoming a grown woman is so beautiful! I look back at my younger self with so much compassion and happiness because she did her best.
I look at her with love because she deserved it. She pushed through with all the weight and baggage that wasn’t even hers to carry. My younger self is my hero for real, she keeps me going in times of distress! My younger self had so much potential and so many gifts, she makes me smile whenever I look back at her. My younger self taught me much of what I know now. She was such a Renaissance Woman!
Did she make some mistakes SURE DID, but she was learning the hard way sometimes. I still love her for being happy with herself and never giving up, I honor her for fighting, I value her for being so beautiful and kind to others, I cherish her for speaking her truth even when it hurt. I respect her for reminding me every day that we have a purpose to fulfill that transcends beyond this body.
I challenge all women to embrace their youth and be kind to the woman you are becoming because she deserves your love and not your judgement, she deserves your joy and not bitterness, she deserves righteousness! God kept her for you and since you made it REMEMBER: YOU HAVE A PURPOSE!
Most of us forget to have self-compassion but I think that’s one of the most valuable mindsets I think a woman should have for herself aside from her faith and a deep relationship with Jehovah
