Halt The Use Of Payroll Audit And Use Forensic Audit To Catch Ghost Names Creators -said Kwaku Asare
One of the renowned fellow in the Center for Democratic development (CDD) Mr Kwaku Asare in an interview with Joy news file made it clear that the Auditor General Department should stop using Payroll Auditing to find Ghost names .
He said Ghost names on payroll has been with us for a very long time and it will keep on appearing until we find those creating them.
Mr Kwaku Asare continued by advising the Auditor General Department to inculcate the use of Forensic Audits into Fishing out those Ghost creators so that they will be dealt with drastically.
Currently Ghana has lost 564.2 million Ghana Cedis to Ghost names.
This has kept on happening ever since were born and it can’t continue.
