Judy Foote-Belleci, an artist from Oregon, placed 2nd in the African Art Contest, with her beautiful piece titled, African Artistry. It tells its own story while showcasing a depiction of an African woman beautifully decorated in colorful, yet elegant tribal adorning. Judy takes her inspiration for the fine arts from her mother who was a watercolor artist. Over the years, Judy’s passion has expanded into the digital realm as well and her inspiration is provoked by her natural surroundings.
