This marks a notable step in the event’s growth, along with a new partnership with Fiere di Parma, which will help solidify Roma Bar Show as Italy’s leading event dedicated to the bar industry and a benchmark platform for the beverage, hospitality, and mixology sectors.
With more than 200 exhibitors, dozens of Italian and international brands, a comprehensive educational program, and a packed schedule of networking events, Roma Bar Show offers industry professionals a place to discover trends shaping the market, build new relationships, and develop valuable business opportunities.
BUSINESS & BAR CULTURE
The 2026 edition of Roma Bar Show will strengthen the event’s international focus with a Buyers Program developed in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency and Fiere di Parma. More than 150 buyers from over 30 countries will attend through a dedicated program designed to facilitate direct meetings with companies, importers, distributors, and industry decision-makers.
Supporting the program is the launch of a new digital matchmaking platform, enabling exhibitors and buyers to schedule meetings even before the event begins, optimizing time and networking opportunities. A Business Lounge will also serve as the reference point for private meetings, networking, and the development of new business relationships.
TRENDS OF THE FUTURE
Roma Bar Show continues to showcase the evolution of the drinks market through areas dedicated to the main international trends. Among the new features of the 2026 event is Future Drinking, a new area dedicated to no- and low-alcohol products, a rapidly growing category that is redefining drinking occasions and expanding opportunities for the hospitality community.
The Mexican Village also returns, dedicated to the culture and business of agave spirits, featuring insights, tastings, and content focused on one of the most dynamic categories of the global beverage industry.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
The Educational Program continues to be one of the pillars of Roma Bar Show, featuring 40 seminars, masterclasses, and talks led by some of the most authoritative figures on the international scene.
Among the first announced guests are Faye Chen, Bar Manager of Double Chicken Please in New York, one of the world’s most acclaimed cocktail bars; Marco Corallo of Saikindō in Abu Dhabi, an exponent of a style of mixology that combines technique and research; Jonathan Gabbay, who leads ARGO in Hong Kong, a venue that has become a symbol of innovation in the contemporary beverage industry; and David Wondrich, one of the world’s foremost experts on cocktail history and culture.
Alongside content dedicated to mixology, the 2026 Roma Bar Show will introduce a new Business Educational Room designed for entrepreneurs, bar owners, and professionals interested in exploring topics such as financial management, leadership, data analysis, and the development of successful business concepts and brands.
